This is a prank that I use a lot it is very easy. All you have to do if your mark leaves his or her car door unlocked is get some baby powder (goldbond, cornstarch or something like that will also work) and put a lot of it in their car air vents and turn the air all the way up (if there is just one person that you want to prank just close the other vents and with that there will be more air flow through the open ones).

Make their anger hot while their blower cools. This is a similar prank to Powder Head and no less funny. Automobile jokes and pranks are great.
