Get yourself some medium or large bubble bubble-wrap. Cut a strip about a foot and a half long and the width of a tire. When your mark's car is parked, take this strip of bubble-wrap and place it over the tire taping it at both ends to the tire. When your mark's car starts moving the bubbles will start popping. Is the car broken? Is someone shooting at me? No, it is just some harmless fun.
