This is one of my standards. Take a hypodermic needle and fill it full of water. Inject your co-workers' seats with it, deep into the foam cushion. The best part is the fabric on top of the seat stays dry. But when your mark sits down on the seemingly untampered seat, squish. It is a real unsettling feeling.

Super prank! I'm guessing one would want to use clean needles to avoid the possible spread of diseases. Intravenous drug users and pranksters alike should take care when using needles.
