Empty an ordinary plastic salt shaker and fill it about 1/3 of it with concentrated lemon juice. Place a thin layer of tissue across the opening and gently press it down to form a little bowl. Fill that depression with about a teaspoon of baking soda.

Place tape over the holes from the inside so that no air can escape, and so that none of the baking soda will fall out. Trim off any excess tissue or tape that might be seen giving away the prank.

Now, place the salt shaker in an obvious area and wait for your mark to try to use the salt shaker. As they shake the salt shaker, the tissue will quickly dissolve allowing the lemon juice and baking soda to mix producing a chemical reaction. If done correctly, the top should pop off and the foamy mess will spill forth.
