Actually we should call this one Crazy Goldfish Owner, because if done properly, your mark will think they are going insane. If your mark owns a pet goldfish, go buy six other goldfishes - three smaller and three bigger. Remove your mark's goldfish from the bowl and keep in a safe place.

Then everyday you will swap out the fish for one that is smaller till you get to the smallest one, and then swap them out with a larger one till you get to the largest. Repeat until your mark goes insane.

NOTE - Make sure you don't mix up the goldfish, as your mark will probably want their orignal pet back after the prank is revealed. Also, be sure to handle their pet properly and make sure you know how to transfer the goldfish into other water (you don't want to kill their pet).
